ANEX 2027

INVITATION LETTER

If a VISA is required, an official invitation letter will be issued by the Organiser. Register (Pre-registration) before requesting the invitation letter to anex2027@informa.com. And in case it is judged that the purpose of the visit is not met, your application for VISA invitation is subject to rejection by the Organiser.

ATTENTION

1. We DO NOT issue guarantee letters for individuals.
2. The invitation letter will be issued to those willing to visit ANEX 2027 only. The letter does not guarantee VISA issuance, and the Organiser is not responsible for your VISA obtainment. Note that the Organiser will not contact the embassy nor send letters to them.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to decline issuing an official letter if the applicant fails to submit the mandatory documents.
4. For those requiring a VISA to enter Korea, it is strongly recommended that the applicants start preparing their applications at least 45 days prior to the departure date.
5. The invitation letter will be ready within seven business days upon the arrival of all mandatory documents to the Organiser.
6. The deadline for applying is 30 April 2027. Applications received after the deadline may be declined by the Organiser.

• K-ETA application is required for VISA-FREE entry.

Foreign nationals who intend to enter South Korea for tourism, visiting relatives, events, meetings or business purposes may need a Korean Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)

• On-site Registration: KRW 15,000

• Register through the official exhibition website.
• Each person only can register once.
• A confirmation email will be sent after pre-registration. Please bring the QR code and use it to print your admission badge on-site.
• If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, please check your registration status on the pre-registration page.

• Parking support is not provided. Please use public transportation whenever possible.

• ANEX 2027 is a B2B exhibition , and admission is strictly limited to visitors aged under 18 even if accompanied by a guardian or with a stroller.
• For paid conferences, please contact the relevant conference organiser for inquiries.
